About MeGoing through a bit of a dry spell photography wise, nothing to inspire me here in Stirling because its so boring! lol But i do take the odd magnum opus now and again, mostly portraits of people of self and random stuff that catches my eye. Hopefully be more inspired soon! :D Circa. VIII May MMVII.My InterestsPhotography, Writing, Making silly wee films, Reading, Movies, Music the usual. Also very interested in european classical antiquity, Greece & Rome primarily, love Latin and Greek [if you had'nt noticed!] and all things related., "Audio, video, disco" - I hear, I see, I learn [LATIN] :DMusicI love rock music foremost. Favourite band is U2, Favourite albums, in no particular order, are 'Achtung Baby' by U2, 'The Bends' by Radiohead, 'OK Computer' by Radiohead, 'Immaculate Collection' by Madonna, 'Automatic for the People' by R.E.M, 'The Private Press' by Dj Shadow. And alot more. I also love Elliot Goldenthal, he scores movies and has done some of the most frighteningly beautifull, original and dark soundtracks of recent times, his work includes, 'Alien 3', 'Titus', 'Heat', 'Shpere', 'Interview with a Vampire', 'Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within' and more, hes a visionary!, pMovies'Heat', 'Apocalypse Now', 'Akira', 'Titus', 'Leon, 'Minority Report', 'Blade Runner', 'Jurassic Park', 'Gladiator', 'Alexander', 'La Dolce Vita' and anything with Angelina Jolie in it. Theres loads more but those are my top films.TelevisionI hate television, i only watch CNN or the BBC and discovery channels. Well to be fair i do like H.B.O cause they put on things like, Sopranos, Rome, Six Feet Under and The Chris Rock Show! I also love Chris Rock, hes the funniest comedien ever, Billy Connely is my seond favourite.BooksI love philosophy. My faveourite book is 'The Republic' by Plato. Then 'The Screwtape Letters' by C.S Lewis, 'Catch 22', '1984', 'Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas', 'Thus Spake Zarathustra', 'The Misfortune of Virtue', 'The Symposium' and anything by Philip K. Dick, hes the best Sci-Fi author ever! Theres loads more but i cant be arsed typing it all!, p |
